Katana

Your team keeps building products in Katana. Passports follow on their own, with composition taken straight from your bills of materials.

  1. Connect once. Create an API key in Katana's settings and we set up the connection with you during onboarding. That's the last time anyone needs to think about it.
  2. Work in Katana as usual. Add products, variants, materials and bills of materials the way you always have. Material breakdowns become fibre composition; suppliers help establish origin.
  3. Passports appear on their own. Each new product is picked up, checked and published as a passport, with no export, no re-typing and no login.

Katana stays your source of truth. Change a material there and the passport updates itself.

NetSuite

Your team keeps creating items in NetSuite. Every new item becomes a passport, using the custom fields you already maintain.

  1. Connect once. We set up an OAuth 2.0 machine-to-machine connection with your NetSuite administrator, secured by a certificate for your account, with read-only access to item records.
  2. Map item records once. Standard and custom item fields are matched to passport fields, so composition, origin or certifications you already keep in NetSuite are used as they are.
  3. Passports keep themselves current. Luxima syncs on a schedule. A new item or a changed field in NetSuite reaches the passport without anyone opening Luxima.

No new system for your team to learn. They never leave NetSuite.

GS1

Register a GTIN, get a passport. Connect GS1 once and every product you register starts its passport from the data retailers already see.

  1. Connect your GS1 account. With GS1 Ireland, GS1 UK or another GS1 member organisation.
  2. Your GTINs come across. Luxima pulls each GTIN with the product data registered against it, so names, brands and categories match what retailers already see.
  3. One code for everything. Each passport's QR is a GS1 Digital Link built on that GTIN: it opens the passport for a shopper and carries the product identity for 2D barcode scanning at the till.

New GTINs are picked up automatically. Nothing to upload.

No ERP yet? Start with a spreadsheet and publish passports today. It's the one route where you come to Luxima: upload a fresh file whenever your range changes, and connect a system when you're ready to go zero-touch.

  1. Export what you have. From Excel, Google Sheets, your online shop or your ERP. Your own column names are fine.
  2. Upload and confirm the mapping. Luxima reads your headings and suggests the passport field for each column. Confirm once and the mapping is saved for next time.
  3. See what's missing. Every row is checked against the regulation. Gaps are flagged per product, and on paid plans AI gap-filling suggests values for you to approve.

Upload a fresh file and the passports update. Your mapping is remembered.
