Digital Product Passports, generated automatically.
New EU rules mean products will need a Digital Product Passport to be sold in the EU. Luxima connects to the systems you already use and produces compliant passports for you — across every regulated category. No manual data entry. No sustainability team required.
Luxima — from the Latin lux, “light,” with the superlative -ima: the utmost clarity. The job of a product passport is to bring exactly that — light — to everything you make.
Watch it happen
You enter the basics. AI fills the gaps.
Type the three things you already know — a name, a weight, a composition. Luxima's AI generates everything the passport still needs: care instructions, end-of-life and recycling guidance, and CO₂, water and energy impact — published and ready to scan.
See what's insideAnd at scale?
20,000 products? You won't enter them one by one.
Typing three fields makes a nice demo — it's not a workflow. Luxima is built to passport your entire catalogue at once. Or with no touch at all.
Drop in a spreadsheet — even a messy one.
Upload the export you already have, gaps and all. Luxima maps the columns, AI fills the missing data, and passports for the whole range are generated in seconds — not entered one by one.
Or connect once — and never open Luxima again.
On Enterprise plans, Luxima listens live to the systems your team already works in. The moment a product is registered in GS1 or your ERP, its passport is generated and published on its own. Zero touch — no uploads, no logins, no new workflow.
You decide what's public
Show what's required. Protect what's not.
A Digital Product Passport isn't all-or-nothing. Some data is public for shoppers; some is restricted to authorities and recyclers. Luxima manages those access tiers for you — so you prove compliance without exposing sensitive supplier, pricing or composition data.
Field-level access control
Mark any field public or restricted. Hide trade secrets while still proving what the regulator needs to see.
One source, many outputs
The same record drives the public passport, a one-click compliance report and an API — always in sync.
Zero-touch
Connects to the systems and spreadsheets you already use, then works on its own. No manual data entry, no sustainability team required.
Every category
One platform for textiles, furniture, batteries, electronics and more — each added through configuration, so you never outgrow it.
Verified, not estimated
Impact figures are computed to the EU's environmental footprint method and traceable to source — ready for audit, not guesswork.
Rolling out across the EU
The deadline is already on the calendar.
Digital Product Passports arrive industry by industry through this decade. Textiles is first — the rest follow close behind.

Digital Product Passport FAQ
What is a Digital Product Passport (DPP)?
A Digital Product Passport is a structured digital record of a product's materials, origin, environmental impact and end-of-life information, reachable from a QR code on the product. Under the EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), most products sold in the EU will need one.
Who needs a Digital Product Passport?
Any business placing covered products on the EU market — manufacturers, brands and importers alike, large or small. There is no general exemption for small and mid-sized businesses, so SMEs face the same passport requirement as multinationals.
When does the Digital Product Passport become mandatory?
It rolls out category by category through this decade — batteries and textiles around 2027, furniture about 2028, and most other goods following by 2030. You can see the full timeline on our industries page.
Does the Digital Product Passport apply to Irish and UK businesses?
Yes. Irish businesses sell into the EU single market, so the rules apply directly. UK businesses that place products on the EU market must comply too — Brexit didn't change that, because the rules follow the product, not the border.
What data does a Digital Product Passport need?
Typically material composition, country of origin, environmental impact (carbon, water and energy), durability, recyclability and certifications. The exact data points vary by product category and are set by each ESPR delegated act.
How does Luxima make DPP compliance automatic?
Luxima connects to the systems and spreadsheets you already use, fills missing sustainability data with AI, and generates compliant passports on your own domain — automatically, with no manual data entry and no sustainability team required.
